A friend, fellow arts manager and Artini follower sent me a link to a recent blog about a train wreck of a twitter campaign at the Minnesota Opera.  Below is a screenshot of one of the disastrous tweets — click on it to read the whole article:

I’m really not sure who thought this was going to be effective or if any heads have rolled, but the lesson is clear.  Don’t try to act like a native if you don’t speak the language.  And they say this better than I ever could — so enjoy!
